It was my very first visit based on the recommendation came from one of my friend. Although my experience with this restaurant was not very good and I will not recommend this anyone for sure. Summarising my experience below.

Food was okay and the portion was enough to serve too people. Waiting time was a bit higher side might be due to Christmas. Service was very bad, I asked for the drinks menu three times in a row but nobody came back. Atlast I ordered a beer which they said is available but I did not get it served. Even when we were paying the bill there was not even a single apology from the staff. Also they charged service charges and when we asked to remove they did not do that.

So overall experience was not joyfull.

It’s a nice lounge in cyber hub. We have been there couple of times. It’s quite spacious too. Have had team lunch and dinner and even personal too.
Had vegetable fried sticky rice which were ok. Not very good. Laccha parantha and tandoori stuffed parantha with soya veg curry was nice. Paneer tikka was ok. Five pieces seems like hardly any quantity. Cheesy loaded nachos were average. Presentation is decent.
Service was ok.
They had 1+1 offer on drinks. Tried vodka based cocktail with edelflower flavour but was not great. Average cocktail

I chose this place only because of the high reviews the restaurant has received on Zomato. Firstly, nowhere it was mentioned that Foxtrot is a part of Mamagoto and the menu uploaded on Zomato isn't 100% of Foxtrot. For example - My father wanted to have a bowl of soup, from the menu he checked on Zomato. But after reaching the venue, we get to know from the staff that the menu we saw on Zomato isn't of Foxtrot, but for Mamagoto. This causes confusion!

Secondly, Foxtrot is more suitable for someone who wants to have drinks. They have a bar with loud music, I personally wouldn't recommend this place if you wish to enjoy a meal with your family. The music was too loud and I couldn't relax with my family when I came here for dinner.

Thirdly, the food was good! I tried the chicken tikka quesadilla, baked nachos and soup. However the staff is slow, they didn't offer a refill of the water until I asked nor did they offer extra napkins while I was eating.

I ordered a tandoori platter and Dal makhni. Dal makhni was nice, and in tandoori platter there were 3 items paneer Tikka, soya chap and Chole Nachos out of these 3 panner Tikka was the only item which was nice . Soya chap was sweet on taste and Chole tacos didn't had that good of a taste .

You can try it out one time, but definitely there are better places to have north Indian food.
