This is one of Delhi’s oldest and most popular hotel Chinese restaurants with a dedicated clientele of expats and locals. The décor, with its beautiful jade sculptures, remains the restaurant’s signature and the food - while it breaks no stereotypes - is consistently good.

The aromatic lovely Chinese food that comes to your table is practically a work of art. The food is beautifully presented in unique platters/bowls to enhance the lush colours so you can ooh-aah over admirably. The food taste as good as its mouth-watering presentation. To sample Jade’s culinary delights start your meal with lemon coriander soup, five spiced duck salad, chong ching chicken, fried tofu in chilli sauce, pumpkin & chicken dumpling, vegetable spring roll, chicken & tofu soup, black fungus & spring onion with flavoured oil, crab & asparagus soup, crispy stir fried lotus stem, dry chilli & cumin lamb, salt & pepper prawns, pan fried lamb dumpling and steamed pork with sticky rice. The mains are as delicious as the appetizers. Jade has, hunan style steamed chilli fish, sliced tenderloin with pok choy, vegetable mapo tofu, fried fish in hoisin sauce, steamed fish in Cantonese sauce, butter garlic lobster and Szechwan chilli crab.
