Saturdays just got grander in Goa. All roads lead to the Grand Hyatt Goa in Bambolim as they prepare you to escape the ordinary and live the extraordinary! Taste ‘LIFE’ lived exceptionally, with the new and edgy Saturday Supper Club. This pop-up Saturday Supper Club at Grand Hyatt Goa is one’s new destination hotspot to kick-start the weekend. Occurring every first and last Saturday of the month, it is the perfect mix of inspiring Italian food with free-flowing Bellini’s and a dash of the great company to give you the ultimate weekend experience.
While the format of the Saturday Supper Club does not follow your conventional structure of a ‘supper club’, this concept is more of a place where like-minds meet, indulge in food, drinks, music and conversations. From hand-crafted cocktails and a gin lovers paradise, serving exotic brews and concoctions, to the flavours in each dish carefully curated by 'Chef David', there is a story to be told, and our their hosts dressed in dapper subliminal white narrate every detail.
Seafood & Cheese Live stations for an interactive feel
An experiential meal is an ideal way to describe this Pop-up that shares a flair for the dramatic and the memorable. "The menu is designed with a focus on freshness and a live showcase with personalized service” quips Chef David. “Our bartenders will pour out expertise and imaginations into the creation of signature cocktails featuring a variety of herbs ingredients and local flavours.”
