Collage is quite a looker. It boasts of suave interiors with a teppanyaki station as the focal point of the dining space and a serene verandah overlooking the lush green backyard. The All-Day Menu follows the familiar template and offers a mix of popular grub to meet the needs of in-house guests. Buffet is also available for all 3 major meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner). What sets Collage apart is its Japanese menu. It goes beyond sushi to offer a broader showcase of Japanese cuisine. If you’re a Sushi lover, opt for the platter, which is quite satisfactory. However, save some appetite for the other stuff. The teppanyaki station plays a central role; dishing out vegetarian steaks, tenderloin, salmon, and seafood along with staples such as 'Yakimeshi'. However, it is the little things that prevents me from going gaga over Collage. The first niggle is that you can not actually sit around the teppanyaki counter and interact with the Chef. Some of the choices on the menu are also perplexing; for example, the 'Miso Soup' is available only in a vegetarian avatar. And the execution is not always perfect – I have been served 'Teppanyaki Fried Rice' (Yakimeshi) that was sensational, as well as one that was under salted. The quality of service can also be very much a hit-and-miss affair.
We got the tepanyaki at the restaurant and the experience of watching your food being cooked improves the taste. Great service and food!
Collage has a variety of food choices from the Indian cuisine, Italian cuisine, live teppanyaki, live Indian, cooking as its name says. the dining room decor are thoughtfully Chosen to enhance the dining experience with some jazz. The staffs are kind and friendly, Special thanks from the bottom of my heart to Rani who always greets her guest with a warm welcoming smile and helped navigate the menu. Feli who made sure that my favorite refreshing drink was readily available on my table. Gobin who made my morning vegan latte. The chef Pawan made me a special vegan meal rich in protein. When I told Saikat that I like my coffee with almond milk he arranged it.
Been to Collage for lunch and Collage lives up to the name, a great spectrum of cuisine and dishes. The options are quite well spread across various type of cuisine and the taste has been maintained quite well. We enjoyed everything we tasted there. Ambience is amazing with water and greenery around the place. And last most important amazing service from the waiters, very attentive waiters. Wishing the Team Collage Good Luck!
The evening on Friendship Day, made special by the service and cuisine at collage restaurant. This was best ever experience compared to any and all Hyatt restaurants we have been. There is personal touch and empathy. We come as customers and leave as friends.
The complete ambiance that we experienced and felt along with food and we liked their fast service. It was a good experience.
