Restaurants housed on the terrace have their own charm. If you happen to be in Mohali and are looking to make the most of outdoor dining space, then hop across to the Sky Grill. Housed in the Glades Hotel, the restaurant also packs in a rooftop sky bar. A hanging garden and a water feature give this place a cool, green vibe. There’s also an outdoor large projector and screen that airs the latest sporting events and specials. Though it is not a very huge space, the seating is comfortable with outdoor patio furniture. Adding to the ambience are lilting soft music and dim lights. The multi-cuisine menu offers a predictable mix of fare. You will find curries and kebabs along with pizza and sandwiches etc. The highlight of our meal was ‘Dahi Ke kebab’ which were melt-in-the-mouth and flavoursome. There are many versions of the 'Butter Chicken' available in the city but we relished the ‘Chicken Tikka Butter Masala’ here. The chicken was well cooked and the butter masala was spot on. The service is efficient and quick.
