The flagship outlet of this iconic Vegetarian restaurant has re-opened in a brand new modern avatar as a bistro, with contemporary décor and a much-needed fresh vibe. The place is buzzing with activity all-day and the restaurant exudes a different feel during lunch and dinner. The menu too has new additions but retains some of the popular dishes. There are a lot more global dishes now on the menu apart from the regular Indian favourites. Soups, salads, chaats, small and large plates, burgers, pizza, Pan Asian fare, are available. The beverage section is more exhaustive with a lot of offerings. Many of the global dishes have an interesting Indian twist to them. 'Paneer Chili Bao', 'Pattaya Babycorn Tofu', The 'Yucatan Mexican Sizzler', are worthy new inclusions. The 'Karara Aloo Tikka Chaat' is a treat for the taste buds as crispy, crunchy textures meet tangy and spicy flavours in one dish. The famous original chana bhatura now comes with a 'Beetroot and Spinach Bhatura' option, apart from the regular one. Youngsters will enjoy the hearty and satiating, 'Mac n Cheese Burger'. Among desserts, the 'Magai Meetha Paan Sundae' is a clear winner. The service staff is warm, helpful and the service prompt.
