A flight of stairs above the Café in the same premises is the Drink at The Quarter – one of the 4 sections of the newly opened Royal Opera House. This place exudes an opulent vibe with sophisticated décor, chunky chandeliers and mirrors. The subtle pastels used in the interiors radiate an understated elegance. The seating is comfortable and the place cosy. This venue also hosts the city’s first Mozzarella Bar' and here, the 'Burrata and Bocconcini' are paired astutely with your drinks. A selection of handcrafted mozzarellas from different parts of India – Haryana to Kerala are showcased for connoisseurs to enjoy. The wine offerings are impressive and are served by the glass too. Expect to sip some unique aperitif-based cocktails created skilfully by the articulate bartender. Try the 'Rob Roy' and 'Manhattan' here. Service is, as expected, alert and unobtrusive. An ideal place to unwind with friends or have a quiet drink amidst a stylish ambience.
