In a world of stiff competition between trendy and hip restaurants aiming to introduce unique ideas to impress customers, ‘The Sahib Room & Kipling Bar’ has chosen the opposite track. Reliving the times of British raj the management has tried to infuse the old world charm into the ambience. Some of the grandeur is borrowed from the yester era and displayed beautifully at St. Regis Hotel, Mumbai. The hotel serves as the ideal backdrop to such a sophisticated place carrying such an interesting name. Décor is timeless and very opulent. Rich luscious fabrics are used to back the upholstery and the crystal chandeliers manage to bring in the air of mystery. The adjoining Kipling Bar has added charm in the form of a gramophone, a quill pen and magnifying glass placed on an antique desk awaiting the attention of master of the house.
