Do not let the name lead you on, Sandys Chocolate Laboratory is way more than just chocolate. Sandesh Reddy dishes out, arguably, the best Cafe food in Chennai. So good, that I rarely bother ordering anything with chocolate at Sandys. My picks from his menu are the '8 oz'. 'Royal Meat Steak', 'Wasabi Prawns', 'Pork Shoulder with Couscous' and 'Braised Pork Belly'. The Teynampet out-let has an easygoing South Madras bungalow vibe with alfresco dining in the front lawn.
