A unit of Pullman Hotels, New Delhi, Honk is a multi-cuisine restaurant that capitalizes Japanese, Thai and Chinese cuisines. Supervised by the chef Deepak Malhotra, it is bursting with creativity. They have a nice contemporary setting without and overtly Pan-Asian theme which is full of stereotypical nuances. They have a nice collection of music which not explicitly “Zen-inspired”. The food journey begins with rolls made with asparagus and avocado, ‘Dim Sum’ - a chili bean and radish filling wrapped up in glass noodle pockets, for the mains, one can try their ‘Goong tod Kratiem' - prawns fried with garlic and white pepper or ‘Exotic Asian Vegetables in Brown Chilli Garlic Sauce’. They have set menus named ‘Celebration’ - comprising salads, rolls, dimsums, soup, mains, noodles or rice and a dessert.
