Neung Roi with its royal golden yellow tablecloths showcases the cuisine of the whole of Thailand that no other Thai eatery has ever attempted before. Whether you go in for the spicy, sour tastes of the Isaan province, the rich food of Central Thailand, the coconut-based curries of the South or the food of North Thailand that lacks shrimp paste, fish sauce or coconut milk. Chef Yenjai Suthiwaja can give you ten different salads, many vegetarian, for a tasty, flavourful, yet low-calorie meal.
Hey... One of the best places in Delhi for authentic Thai. Amita greeted us and the entire team was amazing + good food + excellent service../ highly recommend.
This is one of the WOW places on national highway. The ambiance is awesome food is too good and service is just up to the mark.
Our intention was a simple stop off meal but we stumbled on this restaurant with a set menu for Valentines Day. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The price included wine. A total bill of eight thousand rupees is probably expensive in Indian terms but not on international terms. The quality was certainly of international standard.
Had a great meal at Neung Roi at the Radisson Blu Delhi. Try the Morning Glory, any fish that is fried and the Mango Sticky Rice👍👍 Service great....!
Had a fabulous meal here - loved it. Gorgeous food, freshly prepared that reminded me of long ago trips to Thailand. Lovely service from Anita and team topped off with a glass of Sula Chenin Blan - Indian wines can now hold their own! Do come if you can
The flavourful and colourful spread of Thai cuisine has many enthusiastic takers. The aromatics used in lifting up the broth fills the room as your palate becomes a playground of well-balanced flavours. Palm sugar, coconut milk, fish sauce and shrimp paste are the key ingredients that forms Thai cuisine and are what that gives the cuisine its layered complexity. Although several Pan Asian restaurants are part of Delhi’s gastronomy, only handful few deal exclusively in Thai food and do it beautifully too. Delhi’s claim to Thai gastronomy is spearheaded by the very popular ‘Neung Roi’ of Radisson Blu Plaza of Mahipalpur. The restaurant deals in Thai cuisine exclusively and is an assured dining choice when it comes to Thai cuisine. If you want to dazzle someone with grandeur and good wholesome food, then you can’t do better than Neung Roi.
Thai cuisine is a bouquet of flavours derived from the aromatic culinary herbs and fresh ingredients of sea and palm. It is most delicious of cuisines across Pan Asian belt and the best way to enjoy the fare is to begin with appetizers. Menu of Neung Roi is best enjoyed with a drink. Accompany it with, deep-fried pork belly, corn fritter with sweet chilli sauce, panko crusted squid rings, prawn & lemongrass skewer, glass noodle salad, crisp fried morning glory, Thai omelette with chicken, steamed sago dumpling, grilled mushroom skewers and steamed Thai butterfly flower dumpling. Move onto the main course next and let your taste buds be wooed by delicacies like, Isan style pork curry, tofu with pokchoy in three flavour sauce, grilled seabass with fresh turmeric, stir-fried blue crab, stir-fried morning glory with soya bean paste, pineapple fried rice and stir-fried vermicelli with black soya.
Save some appetite for their innovative desserts. Lemon cheesecake, fig & honey ice cream, coconut crème caramel, kanom tom, sago in coconut milk, tub tim krob and khao niew mamuang. The menu of Neung Roi may be entirely traditional but the décor is like a bridge between old and new. Though the interiors are chosen to be elegant and affluent, there is an element of Thai heritage that is seen throughout the space. Bright red carpet sets off beautifully against the wooden dominated room. Stunning oriental lamps hangs over the tables lighting up the dark space. Neung Roi gives a new boost of life to the Thai cuisine in the city. Expensive but worth it!
