The Wine Company’s rustic charm with its wooden tables and floors may trick you into believing that you are at a steakhouse. Its ambience removes some of the pretension associated with drinking wine. As you enter, the wine display suggests a retail element, but nothing leaves the restaurant; all you get is what you consume on the spot. The wine list is extensive with wines served by the glass at modest prices ranging from Rs 225 to Rs 295. There is an emphasis on new world wine priced up to Rs 2200 for a bottle. There is a modest cocktail list (mojitos, caprioskas, etc) as well, but this is definitely a wine drinker’s destination.
Pleasant place with European food and good service. Fresh salad, with Italian products. The main chef came to discuss about food with me. He accept my advice and he was very polite. They also have different type of wines and cocktails
Went there for lunch and ordered Hummus and Pita. My colleagues ordered pizza and we all loved the food. Service and ambience fantastic too.
Gurgaon has been treating weekends lavishly with eccentric queue of outlets at Cyber Hub, and this weekend wasn't any less better. With wide array of lushness and epitome of joys, the outlets are overwhelmed with relishing crowd. Wandering at this place, makes it perplexing for a foodie to prefer out a place to grub and its really not easy to find the suitable. Fortunately, The Wine Company is a kind of outlet which has enough goodwill, which didn't make our choice dubious enough and head straight to this outlet. The exterior of the outlet is quite blissful and full of greenery. With long palm trees setup in front, makes it more attractive and shady in summers which makes it perfect to sit outside and enjoy their pleasant wines. Once entered, the interior too, is utterly mesmerizing with a rusty wooden theme seen in the seats and tables. A kind of perfection can be seen on the table management with immaculate wine glasses, cutlery and linen napkins kept firmly. What is more attractive is the Wine display which is subject to retail purchase but constrained to consume it within the outlet. Moving to food we had most of the recommended items of the restaurant and we surely appreciated the kind of effort put on the presentation. The most adorable quotient was balanced quantity of servings of the dishes. In SALAD we had.➊ Chilled watermelon, tender coconut, mix lettuce and spicy mango. Salad fans, this really should not be ignored! Sometimes something distinctive would not be much preferred and yet it becomes a curious quotient. This is definitely not a let down. The watermelon was perfectly sweet and infused well with the green chili mango puree. Lettuce was perfectly presented on Watermelon and top of the lettuce was pieces of coconut. Very much pleasant combination. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*In APPETIZERS we had.➊ BBQ Chicken Slider, Caramelized Onion, Fresh Parsley. Flawless minced chicken, and was well marinaded with Barbeque sauce. The added charm of onion and parsley made the dish utterly zestful. The cheesiness quotient was admirable. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*➋ The Wine Company Signature Karari Roti with Minced Lamb and Cheese. The best Wine pair is here served to us. Karari roti was served alongwith minced lamb and cheese which had perfect crisp and was flavorsome. Light snack yet the most joyous specialization of the outlet. ➌ Chicken Olive Tapenade Skewers. With crushed olives garnished on tender and juicy chicken well grilled and served in skewers. The taste had mildness and the texture was so delightful. ➍ Oregano Marinated Lemon Garlic Prawns. Served straight in pan used for cooking, the dish was so delectable. The lemon sauce infused perfectly with the prawns which was cooked so succulent. Prawns felt fresh and marination was just so heavenly. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*➎ Lasagne of Minced Chicken, Fine Herbs, and Tomato Cream Sauce. The minced meat quotient in the Lasagne always fantasized and this time too, we enjoyed the overwhelming chicken put in the sheets of lasagne except this variant was not so pleasing for over tanginess and staleness. In DESSERTS we had. ➊ Banana Caramel Tiramisu. Came in fancy martini glass, the tiramisu has a fine punch of banana bedded inside and topped with whipped cream and caramel. The taste was so delectable and joyous till the last grub. Quantity is worth for 2 pax to easily finish it up. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*➋ Caramel Crusted Pie with Baileys Jam. Caramel infused Gelatine pie presented with Bailey's Jam. The jolly dessert was divine in taste, with smooth texture of the pie and charming jam blended perfectly. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*In DRINKS we had. ➊ Classic Red Wine Sangria. The signature line up had this on the top and definitely the cocktail was exquisite. Perfect serving with appropriate fruit cut size and lush taste of Sula. ➋ Plum, Berry Red Wine Sangria. The less harshness intrigued, more sweet version of Wine sangria. The taste was eventually the best amongst the options available for red wine. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*➌ Peach, Orange and Sparkling Wine Sangria. Presented well with orange poured in Sparkling wine. The sweet and sour quotient was quite dominating in this variant. ➍ Passion Mimosa. Mimosa was adorably served the way it should be, chilled sparkling and soberly sweetened with the passion fruit infusion. The overall experience was astonishing in terms of mind blowing ambiance, service delivery, not the least, music which too was so blissful for the kind of charts they were playing. The staffing was so courteous, attentive and professional that it outclasses the fooding experience. Visiting here often is a kind of willful happiness kept intact. :)
Was pretty cool to be here midweek and see a salsa performance going on. Loved their Karari roti, steak and pork ribs. Perfectly goes with their wide range of scotch, not to mistake this place only for wine though it boasts a great collection of it. Sit outdoors and enjoy your drink, super quick service.
We, 3 of us, visited this place for lunch on 30th Jan, 2017. It was around 2 pm and the place was not crowded. We took a comfortable seat inside and ordered that karari roti as default with beers. My friend ordered chicken for starter and he was very happy about the taste of that. For the mains, we ordered veg pizza and it was excellent! The boy who served our table was extremely friendly and helpful! He helped us selecting our choices and overall, experience was superior!

Cyber hub in Gurgaon is turning out to be the mecca of food lovers. It has reached the top list of most loved place to hang out with your pals. For few of us who savour our wines and are walking encyclopaedia of grape culture then ‘the wine company’ is the place to be. Concept of this establishment is so unique and unassuming that for a minute you check if you have come to the right place. Entire idea of wine and dine is taken seriously here. You can see the floors are bare and the seating is humble to say the least. Then you turn around and notice the display of wines standing proudly under the twinkling lights. Old wine barrels lends originality to the mood of the restaurant. The décor is no nonsense and leans heavily on the French vineyards earthiness.
Wine list presented to you is detailed and longer than anything you have seen before. The food menu is designed in a way that pairs with wines and enhances the taste. Pancakes, goat cheese salad, balsamic braised warm mushrooms, French onion soup act as fantastic intro. Appetizers namely carari roti, jalapeno corn fritters, bruschetta platter buffalo chicken wings are widely ordered. Fire grilled wafer thin pizzas are superb to soak up that wine yet lending a peppery aftertaste. Italian food is passed around from the kitchen with remarkable speed bringing cheers from the receivers. The diners are a happy lot high on wine and good food. For more fulfilling meal pies, burgers and hotdogs with relish is available. Fillet mignon and roasted chicken serve as comfort food on cold nights. Wine based cocktails are on the menu too if you want to drink differently. There are over 150 kinds of wines and spirits to choose from.
The prices are reasonable for two i.e. sixteen hundred approx. The wine company hosts several gigs like wine tasting sessions with professionals. To tap your feet after a round of wine salsa nights and ladies nights are widely popular. With live gigs to push matter along the way you find yourself landing with a pretty good deal.
