The array of chaats served early evening are equally a highlight. Each dish bears the signature stamp of Master Chef Mukhtar Qureshi. Age-old recipes with forgotten spice blends like lazzat e taam, Baristha masala and an extensive use of ethnic ingredients like Khas ka jadh, dagad ka phool, mulhatti and chandan, characterise the food here. Bharwan khumb, pomfret pollichathu and tamda rassa are popular dishes on the menu. The food is not heavy, rich or greasy. The relaxed atmosphere and quick service adds to the dining experience.
