This tastefully decorated fine-dining restaurant exudes understated luxury, through its design elements. The seating is comfortable, spread over an expansive space and offers enough privacy. The food menu curated by Chef Mukhtar Qureshi bears his stamp and draws inspiration from the Royal kitchens across India. The core may be non-vegetarian food, but he has ensured some eclectic offerings for Vegetarians too. The melt-in-the-mouth 'Galouti Shatavar', makes you forget the usual lamb one, for a change. The 'Ummrao Avataar-e-Halim' in a vegetarian avatar and the crunchy and flavourful, 'Korma', 'Gucchi - Shingada', further bear testimony to the chef’s mastery over his craft. The flavours in each dish shine owing to the traditional cooking methods used and the hand-picked ingredient is the hero. The conscious effort to keep the food light without compromising on the flavours is evident and commendable. Carnivores will relish the 'Dum Ki Macchli Ka Salan', 'Rajasthani Gosht Ke Soole' and the fiery, 'Bhavnagari Mirchi Murg Tikka'. Among breads, the 'Shatavar Ki Roomali' and 'Saffron Magaj Naan', stand out and complement the gravies. The aesthetically presented, 'Purdah Khubhani Tart', is the best way to round off your meal.
