Pepper Fusion is a newly started restaurant on S G Highway in Magnet Corporate Park. Located on the ground floor, this restaurant is spread out in a large space with an open seating area outside at the back of the corporate park which also has a nice garden. The restaurant is done up in style with pale walls and mustard coloured ceiling. The tables and chairs are made of dark coloured wood with mustard coloured upholstery on the chairs. There are wooden lattice partitions on both the sides of the restaurant. The place is quiet since it is away from the hustle bustle of the city despite it being located in a corporate park. The staff is a bit untrained but very eager to please which makes up for their inexpertise. But it is still early days here and I am sure they will pick up the nuances of providing great service. The mocktails are great. Try the 'Mango Basil Melody' which has basil and mango in crushed ice. It is truly a great mocktail. You can also try the 'Apple Hot Toddy' which is their signature mocktail. It is subtly flavoured with cinnamon and a great drink for the monsoons or the winter months. For soups, go for 'Malaysian Laksa Soup' or the 'Lemon Grass Burnt Garlic Soup', both of which are their signature soups. For starters. go for 'Pizza Parantha' or 'Vietnamese Rolls with Plum Sauce'. The 'Pizza Parantha' is similar to a Calzone, which is a stuffed pizza. If you want to go for Indian dishes, try the 'Cheese Angoori Kofta' along with 'Naan' or 'Parantha'.
