What is Kids Policy?

Children may not be allowed at select venues. Standard kids policy applies as per discretion of the restaurant.

Is there a dress code?

Guests are requested to dress in semi-casuals. Kindly note that slippers and shorts are not allowed as per the dress code.

What is the procedure of entry to the event?

Please keep your email and/or SMS confirmation of the reservation handy with you for entry into the venue.

One coupon is applicable for how many people?

The number of people permitted per coupon will be clearly mentioned against the deal.

What happens to the coupons that are purchased but not redeemed?

Once purchased, coupons cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned unless the event is canceled.

Does the purchase of coupons imply a guaranteed table reservation?

The coupon only guarantees entry to the event. Seats would be allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Will extra taxes & service charges be applied over and above the cost of coupons/tickets?

All coupons/tickets are inclusive of taxes & service charges.

What is the age limit for entry into nightclubs, pubs, and lounges?

Guests need to be of legal drinking age according to state laws and regulations.

How many people will be permitted for a couple-entry?

A couple would be defined as per the discretion of the restaurant.

Do I need an identity card to enter the restaurants/pubs/lounges?

All customers must carry a valid photo identity proof issued by the state or the central government.

Are there any items that are not allowed inside the venue?

No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the venue. No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

Who is responsible for quality and service at the event?

Establishments are solely responsible for the service, offerings, availability, and quality of the events, including any or all complaints. However, they are not responsible for any injuries or damages during the event.

Will stag entry be allowed at the events?

Stag entry will vary from restaurant to restaurant and will be clearly mentioned against each deal.
