The Indian section at breakfast is the best among the others, with both a reasonably extensive spread and good taste, followed by Continental
The breakfast buffet has a few live counters outside doling out grills, dosas and eggs during breakfast, but if you do not fancy, a seaside meal has respectable lunch and dinner buffets, and, a simple but excellent high tea with decent scones and tarts
If you do go the ala carte way, do not miss the desserts. There is a nice 'Banana and Jaggery Pannacotta' that I really liked, while the 'Rose flavoured Gulab Jamun' is pretty good too

Water’s Edge is the all-day diner at Radisson Blu Temple Bay resort, set in a relaxed ambience with nice wicker furniture. Nestled amongst the greenery, close to the lobby and far away from the sea, the restaurant provides a less fancy setting than the other restaurants at the resort, but one that boasts of a fabulous breakfast. Service is harried during breakfast when the restaurant is crowded but is friendly and quick during lunch and dinner.
