It is a happy place you can go to for hot spicy curries which you can soak up with crunchy flaky Indian breads. Upon entering you will first notice the ample space of the bright room. The décor is vibrant and smart traditional. The interiors are a cross between contemporary and traditional. The bright lights livens the room which is further pepped up by the pleasant chatter of the happy families. The large party of customers can be comfortably seated on soft and huge couches. The open space is pleasant in comparison to other poky establishments.
Menu is focused on north Indian preparations cooked exceptionally. Start sampling the Chingari’s offerings with their aromatic soups. Makai palak ka shorba, shah bano rasak which is saffron flavoured chicken clear soup, gosht yakhani and tamatar dhaniye ka shorba. Move onto the appetizers next. Soya malai chap, ajwaini fish tikka, hing ke tandoori chatpate aloo, reshami seekh kebab, tandoori jhinga, peshawari paneer tikka, aloo tilnaz, Bhatti da murg, kukkad chat, dahi palak ki shami, dohra kebab and galauti kebab are as delicious as they sound. Pair the Indian flatbreads with some hot spicy curries such as, dum ki khumb, achari subz, mahi kaliyan, Balti gosht, Punjabi anda bhurji, khaas kofta, murg khurchan, gucchi lajawab, paneer makhani, bheja masala, aloo mumtaz, nizami anda curry, gurdey kapurey, vegetable Haleem and nihari gosht. Pulses section shows ghar ki kadhi, dal makhani, Punjabi rajmah and sunehri udad. The food is prepared beautifully and reaches your table in record time.
Accompany the curry with fragrant biryanis and pulaos. Gosht dum biryani, gucchi pulao and tamatar pudina pulao is worth tasting once. Chingari serves some very tasty desserts. Khumani ka meetha, home made kulfi, kesari phirni, mithai ka mel, shehad-e-jam and mewe ka samosa are creative renditions of the classic sweets. To drink the restaurant has cocktail pitchers and beers. You can also take advantage of the sizzler section. Families frequent the place often in hopes of sampling wonderful curries. Chingari is expensive restaurant but has a great reputation amongst the locals especially in the east Delhi vicinity.
