This East village style, trendy and cosy restaurant, offers salads, soups, small plates, burgers, flatbreads and more. As the name suggests, flavoured tonics - fruity floral, herb-infused, paired with varieties of gin, are the focus of the bar menu, but the creative energy in the food too is evident from the unique offerings. Indigenous produce is what is used extensively. Vegetarians can opt for the 'Vegetable Kibbeh', whereas carnivores can tuck into the 'Poached Kokum Shrimp', which adds zest to the palate. The hearty 'Baby Back Ribs' are a must-try. The 'Five Mushroom and Buratta Flatbread' is satiating. The 'Lobster Risotto' made with Gobindobhog rice is inventive and offers a medley of textures and flavours. The creamy and smooth, 'Gnocchi Calabrese', is a decent option as well. The food is artfully presented as expected. Among desserts, 'Expression of Jaggery' with diverse elements on a single plate, is unique. The service staff is courteous and helpful and offers an alert service.
