Dot Yum has an uncommon name and it is located on the first floor with an entrance which is from an open terrace near the hotel small splash pool. It almost feels like it is tucked away in the back but the food is something else. It surprises you.The restaurant itself has the look of a classy understated restaurant and it has very good trained staff too. The food here is really on point most times and that is saying something. Do try Crispy Fried Lotus Stem as a starter. It is served in very few places and it is a tasty dish. If you like sea food, order for Coconut Crusted Prawns as a starter. For the main course do have Chicken Gung Bao, stir fried chicken with dry chilli and cashew nuts. Vegetarians should order Chilli Tofu with Three Peppers.
