This restaurant is one of the latest additions to oriental restaurants in town. It has recently opened up and it serves Chinese, Thai, Japanese and other oriental cuisines. Located on the ground floor of Hotel Regenta Antarim, the interiors of Hibachi are done up in Chinese style with a lot of red colour used on the walls and chairs. One of the walls is painted red with embossed designs on it and there are filigree lamp shades which look beautiful. The service here can be slow as there is only one steward serving the food and taking care of the service in the restaurant. The menu has many interesting dishes to choose from. Here are some of my recommendations: Try the 'Shitake Mushroom' and 'Bell Pepper' as a starter, if you are a vegetarian. Non-vegetarians can try 'Spicy Chicken With Peanuts' or 'Prawn Tempura' as a starter. If you are a vegetarian and want to try 'Sushi', which is an oxymoron actually, go for the 'Avocado and Spicy Mushroom Roll'. There is also 'Carrot and Cucumber Roll'. Of course, there are many non-vegetarian sushi choices here. You can choose from Sushi with 'Salmon', 'Prawns' or 'Crab Meat' in it. They also have dim sum, soups and dozens of the main course to choose from here. Try the 'Wok Tossed Black Pepper Tofu With Scallions' for the main course if you want to order a vegetarian dish.
