Space is semi-open to the elements, yet makes for a nice, bright and welcoming spot for a bite to eat. It is perhaps that clay rooftop that does the trick. The 'Vegetarian Galouti Kebab' is nice, even if the meat eater at the table baulks at the idea. The 'Shabnam Ki Moti', is stuffed button mushroom, with hung curd and paneer and really needs to be had as soon as it hits the table if you want it to taste its best. The 'Dhingri Kebab' is also quite interesting, considering its mushrooms, marinated in curds and spices and deep fried. For the main course, choose from the range of rotis – the usual suspects of 'Butter Naans and Kulchas' and 'Tandoori Rotis and Cheese Naans'. Pair these up with 'Murgh Achari' – a nice thick gravy of bhuna masala, with a hint of amchur powder for that nice tang. The 'Chicken' is done well and is moist and not cooked to death. Another great combination is the 'Mutton Bandh Ghosht', which is among the signature dishes here. Again, the quality of mutton is good and that gravy is the kinds that you will go looking for some rice to really finish it all off. The 'Lucknowi Mutton Dum Biryani' is a multi-coloured affair, quite aromatic and with the 'Salan' and 'Raita' makes for a great meal.
