In a city that had coffee shops mushrooming all over, Lloyd’s took the first step in setting up a tea house, with more than 50 varieties of teas from around the world. While they run short supply of some teas, most of them are available all year round. This is probably the only place serving 'Blooming Tea', so you should ask for it and try your luck! With an 8 seater sofa set around a low table with board games, this is perfect for a large group to hang out, but remember, there is only one such table that gets occupied quickly, especially on weekends. Food is largely coffee shop style, but the menu is large and can cater to most palates. The cakes on display can be mouth-watering to look at. Of course, you can sip on a 'Rose Bud Tea with a Cake' and while away an entire evening with a book and you would not be disturbed. Service tends to be slow and the bill might take a long time to arrive but is friendly.
