The Epicure is an all-day dining restaurant tucked away into the corridor of Fraser Suites, and serves sumptuous food. The restaurant has a tall bar placed in one corner and, in the middle of the restaurant, there is a lavish buffet spread for a wholesome feast. The À la carte options are also varied, offering multicuisine preparations. In terms of drinks and beverages, the vegetable minestrone soup, served hot to perfection with perfect flavours, and the cold coffee with blended ice cream will not let you leave even a drop behind. Dishes deserving special mention include vegetable spring rolls, thin, non-greasy cigar rolls filled with vegetables along with a sweet chilli dip, and nasi goreng, a flavourful vegetable fried rice in garlic and ginger paste topped with fried egg, with chicken satay in peanut sauce and prawn crackers on the side.
