A club in the sky with a strobe beacon that can be seen for miles – much like the bat signal lit by Commissioner Gordon. Creatures of the night descend to the gates of Club Cubana, driving up the winding hill of Aprora with one agenda in mind – to party. A concept of Rahul and Daniel Shah, the club is a multi level, canopied setting with stark white loungers, turning fluorescent at night. With a pool and a jacuzzi, there are bars at multiple levels with the VIP section overlooking the valley and gigantic waterfall cascading into the pool below. The music certainly does raise one's spirit, transferring from funky to vocal to tech and deep house, synchronising the feet and body of the dancers in obedience. Pick yourself up with an unlimited flow of beer, post an entry cover charge and selected cocktails and mock-tail’s all night long. A must-try is the wood fired oven pizza, the queue is long and snakes for a while, but the end result is worth it.
