The restaurant hosts holidaymakers from that part of the world with a feel at home through familiar recipes such as the cold Russian beetroot soup “borsch” with beef while domestic revellers are able to explore new avenues lying in the quinoa with baby corn, cauliflower and dor-bleu sauce and carrot puree. The chicken cutlet a la kiev has one asking for more.
