Even after 2 decades, Mainland China remains the Speciality Group’s crown jewel. In spite of seismic changes in India’s FnB sector, Mainland has not changed at its core. The recipe behind its success is deceptively straightforward - heart-warming food served with a smile. The menu has been updated to incorporate trendy new dishes such as 'Edamame and Truffle Oil Dumplings', 'Japanese Wheat Noodles', and 'Smoked Duck Rolls'. The vast a la carte selection now features even a bit of Pan Asian. However, the real draw at Mainland China continues to be the timeless classics. The nourishing broths, the piquant pepper sauce, the uncomplicated noodles, and the fragrant pot rice. Mainland China also offers a well-priced lunch buffet throughout the week. The Hitec City outlet is fairly busy and prior reservation is highly recommended.
