This place is all about good vibes and comfort food. The décor is elegant, yet minimalistic. The good music and laid-back energy, further enhance the comfortable ambience. Chef Boo Kim’s limited menu focuses on hearty food with bold, dramatic flavours. Rolls, baos and desserts, are on offer. The bar too serves old favourites, with a dirty twist. Sip a 'Dirty Buns Martini', with gin, dill leaves, lime cordial and sugar. The 'Avocado Salad' is a colourful medley of flavours and textures. The indulgent 'Mac and Cheese Roll' with oodles of cheddar and parmesan, is soul-satisfying and a must-try here. Carnivores will relish the 'Soft Shell Crab Roll' with its zesty flavours. Among baos, the 'Pork Tonkatsu Bao' is outstanding, as is the slow-cooked lamb with pickled cucumber and raita. Vegetarians are not short-changed here, as the 'Corn Fritters Bao', boasts of eclectic flavours. The high-quality produce coupled with Chef’s inventive twists, some local, ups the flavour-quotient of each dish here. The desserts are a highlight and Chef’s signature, The staff is well-trained, helpful and efficient. The portion sizes are generous and the food, value-for-money.
