This Pan-Asian bistro is everything a lover of this cuisine seeks. Add to that the modern twist, characteristic of this group and you have an unmatched dining experience. The multi-level seating areas and swish bar, add to the charm of this chic place. The menu offers endless varieties of sushi, dim sums, tapas and more. There are sufficient vegetarian options too. The bar menu is equally well-curated. The presentation of the food is virtually poetry on the plate. The amuse bouche - watermelon in lemongrass and chilli foam with liquid nitrogen fumes is a dramatic beginning to the meal. The Nigiri Sushi Tree is a treat for the eyes and the palate. The Tuna Enchiladas with a corn tortilla base and topped with spicy tuna, kidney bean salsa, grilled crabsticks struck me as unique. Although the dessert Chocolate Ball On Fire was executed to perfection, it seemed clichéd as it is currently the flavour of the season everywhere. The staff is well-trained and extremely efficient.

The food served here is made by head chef who has introduced novel concepts in menu. Savor delicious Smoke avocado Sushi, yummy sushi and pork bao, delectable Miso Soup, authentic Pad Thai Noodle and Crispy Lotus Stem and Dim sums made with fresh Asparagus, Corn and Burnt Spring Onions. A very special Rambutan and Yuzu on the seashells is served on attractive cane tray with liquid nitrogen fuming below and this really steals the show and reflects the chef’s ingenuity and innovation.
