Showcasing a diversity of Indian fare alongside European and Asian, the buffets here are well-frequented. The à la carte is a pleasant list as well, starting with creamy curry laksa, Sikkimese thukpa or roast tomato basil soup with Kalamata olives crostinis. These pair well with an engaging list of sandwiches, such as the croque monsieur, Mumbai toastie, carabeef quarter pounder, spatchcock chicken with caramelised onions, Swiss cheese melt burger or Kolkata-style kathi roll. Or one could start with some kaffir lime-scented Thai fish cakes, or chicken pakodas, varied steamed gyozas, melting dudhiya kababs, or crunchy-fiery Mongolian chicken. Moving on to mains, the broccoli-tofu-cashew nut stir-fry in black bean sauce goes well with ginger-capsicum prawn fried rice. In Continental fare, the seafood ravioli with shaved truffles in a butter sauce or the mushroom fricassee with a saffron-olive cous cous are both yummy. Special mention also must be made of some pizzas here, such as the ‘365’ with fondant potatoes, artichokes, stewed tomatoes and black olives, the Pazza with asparagus, feta, roasted garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, and the simple parma ham and rocket pizza.
