This restaurant on the terrace floor of Hotel Radisson Blu has been an attraction for the office goers in Hinjewadi. The sofa side seating is the most recommended for groups, dates or even corporate dinners. The ambience is just about alright because those flashy blue and pink lights are too much, not comfortable for the eyes after a while. The food and service are quite good and most dishes seem to be under a good price point considering it is a premium property. The menu of drinks and wines is outstanding. The cocktails and mocktails are quite interesting too. For instance, the ‘Ginger Ale and Pomegranate Cooler’ is nice and has a good desi zing to it. The food menu is a great mix of North Indian, Italian and Modern Indian/Fusion. With a good choice of Pizzas on offer, which will remind you of the Italian roots, there are flatbreads as well: not a difference except these are based on the desi cuisine. The tapas and appetizers are really nice, some of the star dishes include the ‘Feta Spring Rolls’. These are deep fried thin pastry rolls stuffed with fresh feta cheese and served with a side salad and mayonnaise. The other interesting yet rather simple dishes include ‘Caribbean Chicken’ that is marinated with typically sour and acidic spices and left in the oven with the skin on and that is what makes this one interesting and adds a touch. The mains include ‘Biryani’, ‘Butter Chicken’ which is something most people would eat regularly here but the Italian section is rather way too interesting and unusual. There are no desserts on the menu so you might have to hold that drink halfway through if you would like something sweet to end the meal with.
