Wok Express is a brilliant concept and it gives you all the liberty to choose the things you love. They will cook whatever you like based on the given choices there are, on the menu. There are some already customised options made with permutations and combinations of rice and noodles, with various sauces and veggies or meat, essentially chicken. The upmarket feel of the standalone bistros is rather posh and the hues of beige, amongst red and black are quite a soothing experience. Perfectly suited for an office lunch meeting or a casual time with your buds. The appetizers include some basics: ‘Veg Manchurian’, ‘Paneer Chili’, Three different types of ‘Chicken Wings’. These are the tried and tested ones which certainly work wonders with the people. Then there are some rather contemporary and fusion choices that include ‘Chinese Nachos with Cheesy Sauce’ or ‘Chinese Bhel’ that is really well made too. If you love Momos, you will like the Momos available here, available in the choice of 'Veggie and Chicken with Fried or Steamed', the latter is what we suggest best. The Wok menu includes Rice and Noodles cooked in various sauces and juxtaposed veggies. The better part is that you can taste all the sauces before you place your order. This can give you a fair bit of sense of flavours and the pairings with either Rice or Noodles. The portion sizes are actually quite massive, personal Wok is good enough for 2 people, the Wok for 2 is actually great for 3 people and the one that they claim is for 2 or more people is, in fact, enough for 4-5 people. You could possibly miss out on the basics: the Fried Rice and Noodles are also available with Curries on an A La Carte basis and cooked separately just like in other Chinese restaurants. We highly recommend the ‘Burnt Garlic Fried Rice’ with ‘Kung Pao Chicken Curry’, it is indeed a really tastefully done dish.
