A classy Indian restaurant featuring both North and South Indian delicacies, Ebony is located on the 13th floor of Barton Center in Central Bangalore. Ebony has both indoor and outdoor seating and a range of cocktails and spirits to partake of with your meal. Ebony is known for having some lesser-known dishes and eclectic mix of Indian regional cuisines on the menu, making for an interesting dining experience. Ask to be seated outdoors so you can enjoy the view of Bangalore city as you eat. This is one place where you would not want to miss the soup course – try the 'Tomato and Drumstick Rasam', 'Ambur Paya Shorba' or the 'Yakhni Shorba'. Vegetarian diners will want to try the 'Khumb Tikka Rasmonak' – a combination of paneer and mushroom in a delectable marinade and the 'Crunchy Masala Lotus Root', tossed in gunpowder, to start off their meal, while non-vegetarians can choose between the 'Chilgoza Malai Kebab' (a Northwest Frontier style prep), 'Andhra Chilli Chicken Tikka' (a fancified version of the eternally popular Chilli Chicken), 'Nagore Chukka Prawns', 'Shikhampuri' (a Hyderabadi Nizam mutton kebab), or the 'Arcot Mutton Chops'. Some unique, regional, not easy to find mains include the 'Sagoti Style Kombdi with Vada' and the 'Gulab Jamun Handiwali'.
