A no-frills restaurant, the decor has been kept at a minimal with a handful of seating capacity. One would probably expect good 'Biryani' from only the big biryani joints in Kolkata but this place dishes out an outstanding quality of biryani with subtle flavours. It is a typical Kolkata biryani with the potato and is non-greasy too. 'Chicken Chaap' is light as well with a thick texture and mild saffron flavour. If you are not a rice lover, there are plenty of other options to go for like 'Mutton Hanglaabari' with 'Tandoori Lachcha'.
