The upmarket bar in Baner is here to stay because of those really fancy seats and the super comfortable ambience it has. The place is very much inspired by a really posh English bar there is and then you will be greeted with the gentlemen who treat you like a King! All things sorted, you surely expect the menu to be as good, don’t worry, it surely is that good! The multi-cuisine menu is divided between North Indian mains and some appetizers while some of that finger food is also inspired by the European countries. Let us talk about the drinks here because there is a lot that has gone into the making of the cocktails. In-house bitters, some fancy alcohol and some very unheard flavour combinations, you better be prepared for some good drinking time with your mates. The ‘Blue Fairy’ is what I loved because it comes with Blue-Pea Butterfly tea, infused with Whisky and some in-house Orange bitters, the mellow combination of everything is super smooth on the palate. If you fancy some 'Fish and Chips', they do make few of the finest and they use some premium quality fresh fish as per catch, something that is very rarely seen when it comes to deep-fried bar snacks. You can also get the desi style ‘Fish Amritsari’ that is made tikkas style, only that it is grilled on the pan instead of the tandoor which makes it really succulent and nice. Some of the obvious favourites include the ‘Roghan Josh Mutton’ and the ‘Chicken Bhuna’ which are really well done and they taste great. They do not have their focus on desserts but you can always eat the ‘Chocolate Brownie with Icecream’ or the classic ‘Gulab Jamun’.
