The concept of Pluck is pretty unique and quite new to our Indian fine dining scene. The menu endorses an equal balance between modern Indian and contemporary European cuisine, by afflicting modern techniques on traditional Indian cuisine. Pluck believes in serving farm to table and is the only restaurant in Delhi NCR that comes with an attached vegetable & herb garden. Take a stroll in the garden before sitting down for the meal to whet your appetite by observing what will eventually reach your plate. You will notice the green touch throughout the menu. Commence with, salmon tartar, golgappa & caviar, kaffir lime paneer tikka, mutton pepper fry and tandoor roasted amritsari salmon. Second course goes forward with, confit duck leg, three mushroom risotto, paneer lababadar involtini, five lentils crusted fish, trilogy of lamb, smoked aubergine & thyme tortellini and six hour cooked Belgium pork belly.
Pamper your sweet tooth with desserts like, dark milk chocolate, hazelnut praline, hot caramelized Anjou pear, baked gulab jamun crème brulee, Greek custard with rasmalai parfait, strawberry rasgulla 360 degree dome and gulkand white chocolate.
