A father-son duo always makes for a great story. One filled with trials and tribulations amidst dog snarling territorial squabbles topped with a whole lot of love and admiration. Rajat Nagpal and Vijay Nagpal have brought Goa some age-old creations from the world of sweet. Chef Artisan Vijay is the man behind the helm with 3 decades behind him at the Oberoi Hotel. Rajat is no stranger to the culinary field being a MasterChef India finalist himself. The menu curated by him has the likes of a 'Quiche Lorainne' originally rooted in Germany but now known as 'French Classic' with smoked bacon, egg and gruyere cheese. For the herbivores, the 'Greek Feta & Spinach Pie' is a whole duvet of fluffy goodness. The desserts are the star attraction with the 'Zuccotto Fiorentino' - a heavily researched 16th century Italian classic dark chocolate cake dome filled with rich hazelnut mousse, cherries and Cointreau cream.
