This is a new concept restaurant by the hotel and it offers one cuisine each month. Now, this is new and it can be really dynamic and subjective to the likes and dislikes of people. The plush seating and the really fancy looking chandeliers offer a luxurious look and feel and the service is generally quite quick. Only when the restaurant is full, the service can get a little slow but pretty smooth anyway. So, when we went here, there was an Asian menu and mainly it was all about Thai Curry and Cantonese style curries that are paired with Rice and Noodles. Try the ‘Veg Thai Cakes’, they are made with mixed veggies, finished on a pan and scented with lemongrass and galangal, very true to the name. There are also other appetizers like the ‘Vietnamese Style Grilled Fish’ or a varied choice of Sushi on offer. The menu is pretty much classic and there is not much that the chefs have experimented with, which is probably the best idea. We also tried the ‘Singapore Rice Noodles’, they are quite saucy with some assorted veggies in it, a delicious dish all by itself. The curries include ‘Stir Fried Tofu and Mushrooms’ that is tossed in supreme soy sauce and some red chilli. It is surely spicy so you may want to instruct for some special notes about making it rather balanced. The restaurant dynamic cuisine every month, so you can pick the specials from the dessert menu
