Drive by the rural by lanes, en route to Taj Exotica, in a place called Mesmeric Sunsets. The restaurant décor has shades of beige and black and vibrant picturesque artwork on the walls. As you witness the chef's creativity at work, you are enveloped with a feeling of great expectation. Make haste and start with the Ahi (Hawaiian) Tuna Tataki (Japanese)- sashimi (thin slices) of grade tuna spiced with wasabi, crusted with pepper and spice served with an avocado salad. The sweet and s[ice flavours transport you to a different realm. Indulge in prawns galore with the A la Mexicana Prawns and the Tempura Crumb-fried Prawns stuffed with avocado and cheese. The mains lay in the Cavatina's Surf and Turf Skewer - the fish and meats come hanging on a skewer over a plate of seafood pilaf.
